April 2025 – RenovAIte Seminar: Three Years of Innovation for Sustainable Renovation

Tuesday 3 March 2026 - News

The RenovAIte seminar, held on March 31 and April 1, 2025, at the Digitalschmiede VINCI Energies Deutschland in Frankfurt, marked the conclusion of three years of a French‑German project dedicated to integrating AI to support the renovation of roads and buildings.
Led by Leonard, the consortium developed around ten AI‑based solutions aimed at improving the energy efficiency, climate resilience, and environmental performance of infrastructure.

These tools now make it possible to design more robust renovation plans that incorporate decarbonization, life‑cycle analysis, and the anticipation of climate change impacts.
The seminar featured prototype and demonstrator presentations, collaborative workshops to capture lessons learned from three years of R&D, and a visit to a social housing project in Frankfurt that was redeveloped to enhance energy efficiency and urban cohesion.

Alongside its French and German partners, RESALLIENCE contributed to the technical and strategic discussions that helped consolidate the roadmap and pave the way for the broader deployment of RenovAIte solutions.

The consortium’s next steps will be shared soon.
