The first cohort of the Scale Up! program (led by the VINCI Environment Department and Leonard) was completed after a full year of intensive support.
This initiative enabled 19 internal solutions to strengthen their structure and accelerate their scaling efforts through a combination of technical expertise, business coaching, environmental guidance, and innovation support.
For RESALLIENCE, the program marked a decisive step in the development of CaledonIA, our AI‑powered real‑time flood‑risk anticipation solution.
The tailored support helped solidify its deployment strategy, refine its use cases, and prepare its operational integration within the Group.
